By using KanaKeyboard or purchasing a digital product, you agree to the terms below.
Free tools and permitted use
You may use the public tools for personal, educational, and ordinary commercial text entry. You are responsible for the text you create, copy, or download.
Educational information
Guides and exercises are general educational information, not professional translation, legal, academic-certification, or language-testing services. Verify proper names, specialist terms, and consequential translations with an appropriate authoritative source.
Digital product purchases
Paid printables are delivered as digital files; no physical product is shipped. The product page states the included files, price, license, and technical requirements before purchase. Paddle acts as Merchant of Record and processes checkout, payment, applicable taxes, receipts, and certain payment support under its own buyer terms.
License for purchased files
Unless a different license is shown before purchase, paid downloads are licensed to one purchaser for personal study. You may print copies for your own use. You may not resell, redistribute, share, upload, sublicense, or modify the files for resale, nor use a personal license as a multi-student classroom license.
Product reviews
Reviews must describe your honest experience and must not contain unlawful, abusive, promotional, or sensitive personal information. By submitting a review, you give KanaKeyboard non-exclusive permission to display the submitted name, rating, title, and text. Submissions may be verified, edited only for formatting or personal-information removal, rejected, or removed; publication is not guaranteed.
Refunds
Refund eligibility and request instructions are described in the Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms excludes consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.
Availability and accuracy
The site aims for accurate Kana conversion and clear instructions, but software platforms and language conventions can change. The service is provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability or fitness for a particular purpose to the extent allowed by law.
Prohibited behavior
Do not interfere with the site's operation, attempt unauthorized access, distribute harmful code, or use the service or purchased files to violate another person's rights.
Third-party services
External documentation, analytics, hosting, and payment services are governed by their own terms. KanaKeyboard does not control their availability.
